What’s Next

The popular Trademark Basics Boot Camp returns on January 7—a free, virtual USPTO event series that provides a comprehensive overview of the process for federal trademark registration and maintaining a federal trademark. The boot camp is offered regularly throughout the year. The series covers one module weekly for eight weeks, each focusing on different aspects of trademarks and the registration process, from filing and examination to post-registration requirements for keeping your registration alive. You can attend the entire series or just certain modules, but you must sign up for each module to attend. For details, visit www.uspto.gov/about-us/events/trademark-basics-boot-camp.
